Education and the I Could Do Great Things Foundation
The I Could Do Great Things foundation has provided grants and funding to many educational institutions, including Tulane University and University of Delaware, as well as to individual students.
Through the foundation, the Grants established the Stuart & Suzanne Grant Center of Excellence at the University of Delaware Hillel and Tulane University to establish the Stuart and Suzanne Grant Center for the American Jewish Experience.
The I Could Do Great Things foundation established The Beau Biden Scholarship in 2015, which provides scholarships to college-bound high school seniors from Delaware. Each summer, the foundation also offers college students a paid internship opportunity in equine management at Camden Training Center in South Carolina.
